We have a PCI-DIO-96 in one of our computers, which seems to be working
fine. I don't remember having any particular set up issues - we are using
comedi 0.7.55 at the moment.
If it helps, the appropriate section of output from /sbin/lspci -vv is:
00:08.0 Class ff00: National Instruments PCI-DIO-96
Control: I/O+ Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop-
ParErr- Stepping- SERR- FastB2B-
Status: Cap- 66Mhz- UDF- FastB2B+ ParErr- DEVSEL=medium >TAbort-
<TAbort- <MAbort- >SERR- <PERR-
Latency: 64, cache line size 08
Interrupt: pin A routed to IRQ 11
