PCI based linux driver from Mona Shah on 2002-07-25 (gmane.linux.comedi)

I need a skeleton driver for PCI based card (it is our home made card
and I know it's internal structure/design, I wanted to compare it with
our older ISA cards)

I can read it's internal registers (like Vendor ID ,Device ID ,Subsystem
ID , Base Add.,...) but I don't know much about DMA driver for PCI under
Linux.

Can anyone please send me the driver skeleton without involving comedi
stuff (As I don't know much about Comedi)
