You can try my software package, RTLab which comes with a sample Data Acquisition app. It should auto-build pretty much just fine as long as you give it the right paths to your linux kernel and rtlinux sources... It includes a kernel module, rtlab.o (built from rt_process.c and rtos_middleman.c in the sources) which uses kcomedilib, along with RTLinux's RT thread implementation.... Download it at: http://www.rtlab.org. Let me know if you have problems getting it to work however.
