Status Update, RE: cb_pcimdda.c

I just sent Tim Curry a new version of the driver that has comedi_config
options for specifying the jumpered range settings, on a per-channel
basis, a-la dt282x.c. As soon as he finishes testing the changed driver,
I will forward the updated cb_pcimdda.c driver to David, so he can kindly
include it in cvs. :)
