comedi-cvs-version behaviour different

Maybe the callback implementation is broken in the CVS
version:
In the latest cvs version the callback is executed 51 times
and in the last-stable once as it should.
I have disabled PCIDMA in ni_mio_common.c and ni_pcimio.c.
(rt-linux 3.1, linux 2.4.18)
I am not sure if I could reproduce it again since I've
changed some things meanwhile.

Ciao,
 Dominic

P.S. i hope it's going to help somehow :-)
