1) You need to create a kernel module. Look on the web on how to create a kernel module. 2) In your kernel module, you need to #include <linux/comedilib.h>. Note, however, that comedilib.h (the kernel version) isn't installed anywhere by default, so you need to -I /path/to/comedi/include when compiling. Linking: 3) When insmod'ing your kernel module, you need to make sure kcomedilib.o is loaded into the kernel first. The kernel (well, actually, insmod) does all the linking for you.
