I hadn't thought of this case, but I think it could be handled
as well.  You would configure an extended trigger for each of
scan_begin and convert, which would happen to have the same
external clock line and compatible divisors.  The driver would
have to know to combine this information into suitible board
programming.

Essentially, there is a static extended trigger configuration for
each of start, scan_begin, etc.; the instruction configures them,
and selecting _src=TRIG_OTHER enables them.
