PCMCIA modem card-Dual Port Ram

I have a PCMCIA modem card that that uses a Dual Port Ram IDT71V321 instead
of a traditional UART for communication. I need a driver like serial_cs to
commuincate with said card. Can I use Comedi? Can anyone point me in the
right direction?
