Yes. The 6024 does not have an analog output FIFO. Analog output currently does not use DMA. If it did, it might be possible to stream out on boards that don't have a FIFO. It probably wouldn't be very reliable at high speeds, but it would be nice to have low-jitter output at slower speeds. dave...
