There isn't much support for this at present.  It wouldn't be practical in 
general, since the computer can't really know when a sample was taken due to 
the use of hardware fifos and DMA to transfer data from the board to the 
computer.  I suppose if a driver/board supports TRIG_WAKE_EOS, then the 
computer could record the time whenever it received a scans worth of data, 
although the interrupt latency would still show up in the time stamps.
