Hmm, since comedi also has an include file named config.h, I'm guessing the 
rtai headers are getting comedi's config.h instead of their own.  In any 
case, it seems like a good idea for us to change the rather generic name of 
comedi's config.h header, or maybe move it so it is included by something 
like #include <comedi/config.h>
