Well, I try to follow commands:
# modprobe adv_pci1710
# comedi_config -v /dev/comedi0 adv_pci1713

Where in my trouble?

P.S.
What do you think about compiling comedi driver without kernel 
source, with only headers? I try to do it for my Linux 
distribution (ALT Linux, www.altlinux.com) and it compiled fine.
