Attached spec is designed for build binary package (rpm) without 
kernel source. It can be used in newest systems (such as ALT 
Linux) with automatic package building (compiling). It spec is 
very portable and done with progressive standart needs.
I hope it will be interesting...
If you wish please place it in cvs as example of spec.
