RT-Signals and standard Kernel

Hello,

I tried to use the Realtime Signals with Kernel 2.4.19. The RT-Signals are 
defined there in the headerfiles, but if I try to do a sigaction(SIGRTMIN, 
...) an error is returned. If I use SIGUSR1 it is working, but signal 
queueing doesn't work.

Has someone knowledge about this stuff ?
