NI eeprom values for internal calibration sources

Does anyone know how the actual voltages of the internal calibration sources
of NI cards is encoded into their eeprom? They store the value as a 16 bit
number, so it couldn't be a floating point value. I have an eeprom dump for
a 6110 card, and its value is 0x6f. Anyone have a clue?
