Dear Carlo, I have the NI PCI 6014, which seems to be very similar from a programming point of view to the pci-6036e. I have got it to work with comedi by adding to the device lists in ni_pcimio.c. You need to discover the device_id and which caldac is on the board. For example, for the 6014 these are 0x28c0 (from lspci) and ad8804 (by looking at the board!). Hope this helps. (Could someone more knowlegable please tell me how to have this card officially added to Comedi. I'm happy to do testing, patch submission, or whatever but don't know what the procedure is.
