Installing Comedi in SUSE 8.1

Hi all,

I am new in this and I was wondering if it is possible to install comedi 
in SUSE 8.1?  We want to use the National instruments pcmcia card to 
control some robots.  Does someones knows if it possible and what 
problems could I encounter?
