Yeah, I forgot about something. I think the problem is that in the current
version of comedi, with NI-DAQ cards (at least E series which you have),
the 'callback' function doesn't work right. Something happened when they
introduced DMA. 

At any rate, I modified that file so that it should work with the syntax
you were trying for in the first place. There's a
'#define COMEDI_CMD_STYLE' line. Keep in commented and it should work.
I haven't tested it, but it should work for you...
