Well finely, there i a so called NI Measurement Hardware Driver Development Kit check: http://digital.ni.com/express.nsf/bycode/exyv4w?opendocument&lang=en&node=seminar_US it works pretty well, even the X4 Encoder. see also http://exchange.ni.com/servlet/ProcessRequest?RHIVEID=101&RPAGEID=8&RFORMNUMBER=3&RHIDETAG=TRUE&UCATEGORY_0=_321&UCATEGORY_S=0 for the problems i had with the interupts.
