anaolg input modes

Hi,

I have a NI 6036E multifunction I/O card.  The manual lists three analog
input modes:  Differential, Single-ended grounded reference, and
Single-ended nonreferenced.  I want to select the Single-ended
nonreferenced option.  How do I do this with comedi?  Is it related to the
"aref" in

comedi_data_read(comedi_t * device, unsigned int subdevice, unsigned int
channel, unsigned int range, unsigned int aref, lsampl_t * data) ?

What are the acceptable values for aref and what do they mean?
