cannot open /dev/comedi0

Hi all,
I have a DAQCard 6024E, the module ni_mio_cs load correctly but when I test
the Crad with the program demo in Comedilib (ie. info) this error occur:
cannot open /dev/comedi0
What are the possible causes of this ?
There is another way to test the Card ?
