Interrupts on digital I/O

I am using a NI 6503 board for simple digital IO.

I would like for the card, and/or comedi to trigger an interrupt of some 
sort whenever an input line changes.  It is not 100% essential that I have 
this ability but if I do I do not have to poll the card constantly and I 
would like to avoid that.

But of course I can only do this if it is possible to do so.  Is it? :)
