Hi, William T Wilson wrote: > Can I use Comedi safely from multiple threads (using native/kernel > threads)? Or must I confine all my Comedi calls to the same thread? I'm thinking that multi threads access works fine. I have the multithreaded applications where different threads work with different cards and this whole run fine over months without interrupts. I uses both RT kernel threads and user space threads. In short: Adlink PCI-9118DG, Advantech PCL-812PG, comedi 0.7.63 (a bit modified), RT-Linux 3.1, kernel 2.2.19, Slackware 8.0 and RedHat 6.2.
