IRQ conflict?

Hello All,
I have a Measurement Computing PCI-DAS 1602/12 board. When I plug it into the PCI slot and reboot I found from cat /proc/pci that it alloted the same IRQ to two different hardware.Initially I wasn't able to connect to the network because of this conflict(please see the relevant portion from /proc/pci).Now I changed the slot and this is the situation.
As you can see it alloted the same IRQ to the USB controller and my daq board. As a result(I think) I was not able to run comedi_config.
Could anyone please tell me how to overcome this problem? Why does this happen? Forgive me if this question is unrelated to comedi.
          Any inputs are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Krishna
