Make sure which kernel version you are using.

By default if you use Redhat8.0 with kernel 2.4.18-3, installation with
comedi-0.7.60 would 
be successful. However, it seems comedi could not be compiled with 2.4.20 kernel,
no matter 0.7.60 or 0.7.66. The compiling error is just like yours.
