Not really at present.  The best the hardware could do would be to 
generate an externally triggered interrupt.  Then you could call 
comedi_cancel() in response to that.  There isn't really much support for 
externally triggered interrupts in comedi though.  By the way, it turns 
out you can setup the chip to deal with the special case of a stop_arg=1, 
it should handle that correctly now.
