Hi, I found how to do. That is a question about signal connections about DAQ card. I use comedi-0.7.66. , Redhat 8(linux kernel 2.4.20) and NI-6071E. "PCI E Series User Manual" says that (Chap 4 signal connection, 4-12) In differential mode, signals connected to ACH<0..7, 16..23, 32..39, 48..55> are routed to the positive input of the PGIA, and signals connected to ACH<8..15, 24..31, 40..47, 56..63> are routed to the negative input of the PGIA. That is to say, just in code, chanlist[0]=CR_PACK(0,range,AREF_DIFF); and connect signal(input 1) with ACH 0 and reference(input 2) with ACH 8. (other detail, please read User Manual with your DAQ card.
