Redhat apparantly backported the linux 2.5 version of remap_page_range()
to their 2.4 kernel. You could compile your own kernel from the vanilla
2.4 sources. For comedi to work around it would probably require
compiling a little test program to see which version of remap_page_range()
your kernel sources are using.
