Comedi and Creare's RBNB Data Turbine?

I've been checking out Comedi for use with a research project here at 
Oregon State University.  I've also been looking at a free product from 
Creare known as RBNB Data Turbine (see http://outlet.creare.com/rbnb/).  
Basically RBNB is a publish/subscribe data distribution system, but it 
includes some quite interesting things in the "but wait there's more!" 
category.

Has anyone else on this list used it at all, or more importantly worked 
with any data distribution systems and Comedi?
