Compiling comedi on iPAQ

I was curious if anyone here has any experience compiling the comedi 
drivers on a iPAQ H3995 running intimate linux.  I'm trying to get the 
driver working (I've already compiled a custom kernel) but am having some 
issues I think might be related to the difference kernel.  Any help would 
be much appreciated.
