PCI delay generator from Michael Borland on 2003-08-20 (gmane.linux.comedi)

I'm looking for a delay generator (something that generates pulses with 
settable delays from a trigger).  Does anyone know of PCI boards, 
hopefully supported by Comedi, that provide such a function?
