A few days ago, I uploaded Comedilib-0.7.21, which fixes a bunch of minor build problems. I am currently uploading Comedi-0.7.67, too. It has a _lot_ of new code, bug fixes, etc., as this has been a long awaited release. THIS IS A TEST RELEASE. It works here, but don't immediately switch your production machines :). There will be additional releases soon, as the bugs are shaken out. The build system for .67 has been switched to autoconf/automake, which is good because makes compiling for 2.6 easier (as well as potentially making it possible to compile correctly against vendor kernels). However, it's bad, because for the most part, it's only been tested on a few kernels and systems. Thus, if you have problems, don't be surprised, just file a bug[1]. If you don't file bugs, the problems won't get fixed. You'll need to know about two key differences with Comedi configuration. First is that drivers can no longer be selected individually -- they're all enabled. Second, run configure with the option --with-linuxdir=/path/to/linux/source. (If you're lucky, it may detect your kernel source tree automatically.) Also, if you want to compile Comedi against a vendor kernel, the place to start hacking is m4/linux.m4. You may also attempt getting me to add support by attaching a failed config.log file to a bug report.
