Sorry, in previous message I forgot attach the patch. It is
attached now.

To build without kernel source you must set variables for CFLAGS
manually, for example

LINUX_CFLAGS="-D__KERNEL__" LINUX_CC="gcc-2.96" \
./configure --disable-kernel-source --with-linuxdir=/usr/include/linux-2.4.21rel-rtl
