comedi_calibrate

I was able to install Comedi, and it detected the 6024E card,  Thanks for the 
suggestion of  /usr/local/sbin not /usr/sbin.

Now the problem face is while executing

comedi_calibrate --file /dev/comedi0 -v

the following error message is displayed
failed to open file /etc/comedi/calibrations/ni_pcimio_pci-6024e_comedi0 for 
writing
calibration function returned error
