PCI DAS 6402/16 channel mixup

I'm acquiring data with the PCI DAS 6402/16 using 32 differential 
channels and the mmap program.  I find that the signal on channel 0 
appears in channel 1, the signal on channel 1 appears in channel 2, etc. 
The signal on channel 32 is reported by the program as coming from 
channel 0.

Also, I'd like to reduce the size of the FIFO that is used, so I get 
smaller blocks of data back more frequently while acquisition continues 
for the command. Is there a way to do this without making a custom 
modification to the driver?
