I'm trying to upgrade from comedi-0.7.65 to 0.7.67 on a SuSE linux 8.0 machine but there is no "Makefile" in comedi-0.7.67.tar.gz. Therefore nothing happens... ~/comedi-0.7.67> ls AUTHORS Makefile.am aclocal.m4 config.sub install-sh scripts COPYING Makefile.in comedi configure m4 ChangeLog NEWS compile configure.ac missing Documentation README config.guess depcomp mkinstalldirs INSTALL TODO config.h.in include modtool.in ~/comedi-0.7.67> make make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop. ~/comedi-0.7.67> Anybody with the same problem? Calling ./configure leads to a different problem: ~/comedi-0.7.67> ./configure checking build system type... i586-pc-linux-gnu checking host system type... i586-pc-linux-gnu [...] checking Linux version... 2.4.18-4GB checking for Linux CFLAGS... ./configure: /home/bam/comedi-0.7.67/tmp-noicrwa/flags: No such file or directory ~/comedi-0.7.67> ls tmp-noicrwa/ Makefile ~/comedi-0.7.67> Anybody with a good hint? Thanks
