Hello, I have a NI PCI 6052E, and I need to count a quadrature encoder signal coming into the board. I have connecting the A channel of my encoder to the source pin of the counter, the B channel to the up/down pin and the digital ground to the DGND. When I use the function comedi_data_read to read the counter, its value is not incremented while the encoder signal is present. I think that I must use the insn's to configure the counter, but I'm not really sure how to do it. Can you help me please ? thank you very much PZ
