I'm trying to set up a system to record analog signals simultaneously, and I'm using a Measurement Computing PCI-DAS1000, in single ended mode, and using labview and the comedi examples as a display. However, I have come upon several issues: 1. How do I slow down the sampling rate? I dont need much more 10/sec for some cases, and about 2-5khz sampling for the fastest signals. 2. Im trying to run comedi calibrate, and it says cb_actual_source_voltage: maxdata = 0x0 invalid init_setup() failed for pci-das1000 3. I get very fast fluctuations when I have two wires from the card not touching anything. When I put the ends (LLGND and CH0 High) across the terminals of an AA battery, it jumps to 1.67, and when I let them go, it fluctuates again; I I touch the LLGND it drops to zero. Am I having grounding issues, and if so, what should I do? Thanks, Alex _________________________________________________________________ online games and music with a high-speed Internet connection!
