It's fixed now, the kernel people changed the linux/kdev_t.h header 
between test1 and test11.  There is still a problem in comedi/drivers.c 
with kvirt_to_kva() due to VMALLOC_VMADDR() being dropped in test11 
though.  I've never taken enough interest in the kernel memory addressing 
details to know how this should be fixed.
