compilation error

I am attempting to compile comedi (version 0.7.67-3) on debian linux, kernel version of 2.4.21. However, ./configure produces the following error:

checking for Linux CFLAGS... ./configure: line 3004: /usr/src/modules/comedi/tmp-noicrwa/flags: No such file or directory

I attached the config.log. If I change the configure script to ignore this, make then fails with the attached errors (make.log.stderr).
