What you have written is  to set the diredctory....
There is not the option "rtaidir"...but this is not the problem !

I have read in the documentation directory 
(comedi-0.7.67/codumentation/Configure.help) that if I want REALTIME I 
must set the options.
CONFIG_COMEDI_KLIB
CONFIG_COMEDI_RT

But who can I set these options ?
