Counter!

Hi!

We use a counter on a NI at-mio-64e-3 board to decode the signals from an
incremental signaller. It was configured as an up-down counter, and it is
working properly in our laboratory, but not in the noisy manufacturing area.
Near the PC there is an inverter which causes gliches which are counted,
too. We made a filter, and the main noise disappeared, but which remain
still cause problems.

What can we do? Is there any way to set a voltage level reference point for
the counter?
