Hi everyone, I am currently trying to get comedi functional on my Mac. I want to use it with a NI pci-mio E-series card. Compilation was successful, comedi devices were created. But when I try to insmod comedi.o I get unresolved symbols. I run RTAI 3.0r3, from CVS by the way. After loading rtai_hal, rtai_fifos, and rtai_up I loose all but one unresolved symbol: [root_at_g4-confocal modules]# insmod comedi Using /lib/modules/2.4.22-2fcustom-rthal5/comedi/comedi.o /lib/modules/2.4.22-2fcustom-rthal5/comedi/comedi.o: unresolved symbol rt_request_global_irq_arg [root_at_g4-confocal modules]# lsmod Module Size Used by Not tainted rtai_fifos 20496 0 (unused) rtai_up 56352 0 [rtai_fifos] rtai_hal 30224 0 [rtai_fifos rtai_up] i2c-keywest 8208 0 (autoclean) (unused) dmasound_pmac 74112 0 (autoclean) i2c-core 18736 0 (autoclean) [i2c-keywest dmasound_pmac] dmasound_core 15280 0 (autoclean) [dmasound_pmac] soundcore 6488 3 (autoclean) [dmasound_core] iptable_nat 21316 0 (autoclean) (unused) ip_conntrack 27508 1 (autoclean) [iptable_nat] ipt_REJECT 4448 2 (autoclean) iptable_filter 2544 1 (autoclean) ip_tables 17040 5 [iptable_nat ipt_REJECT iptable_filter] [root_at_g4-confocal modules]# It appears that rt_request_global_irq_arg is in a module I didn't load. Does anyone know a solution? Furthermore, I was not able to compile comedilib, it failed after starting to use jade for documentation. Is this essential? thanks!
