Well, I'm puzzled. The function rt_request_global_irq_arg() is declared
in "rtai-core/include/asm-ppc/rtai.h" and nowhere else. It's also _not_
available for other archs. I think it's simply obsolete since a long
time and should be removed a.s.a.p.
