[Answer to all 3 of your posts I hope :)] From rtai v3.0 on, you have to pass the rtai installation directory to configure. So, if you installed rtai in the default location (/usr/realtime), you have to pass that directory to configure eg. ./configure --with-rtaidir=/usr/realtime Comedi should only use the _installed_ headers of rtai, not the source directory. regards, klaas
