Actually this comedi is provided by advantech and seems to be stable
and so i m stickin to it.
As far as code is concerned...it is just doing
'comedi_open("/dev/comedi0");'
and on this i m gettin the err..but no Hang!!
So is it that comedilib in the user should be compiled with the same
versions as that of target...
My host is 2.4.22 vanilla and my target is 2.4.22 embedix..
comedi.o kcomedilib.o pci1750.o do not give any prob while insmodig..
but when i use comedilib...from user mode..it is hitting an error!!
What do you say??
Komel

You may want to use a more recent version (0.7.68).

Please provide your code so we may see what you are doing :)
As far as kernel oopses are concerned, you have to run them through ksymoops
(using the same host and kernel that was running when the oops occured)
first. Otherwise its just gibberish, more or less.
good luck,
Nils
