DAQCard 6036E - Calibration

Hello,
I've run comedi_calibrate on a DAQCard 6036E after which I have a 50mV
offset on Analog Out 0 and 1. Attached is output of comedi_calibrate with
comedi CVS-05-14-04 and comedilib-0.7.21. There is a warning in the output
about the eeprom, so I've attached the output of eeprom_dump. Thank you
for any assistance you can provide.
