Problem in installation in Red Hat Linux 9.

Is there anybody in my rescue. There is problem in installation of the comedi drivers esp. comedi-0.7.60.tar.gz & comedilib-0.7.19.tgz in Red Hat Linux 9. I also tried by upgrading my gcc from 3.2.2 to 3.3.2 & also by 3.2.3 but yielded no result. So plz. supply me the installation manual of the above mentioned comedi drivers in Redhat Linux 9.
