how to make lsb in Redhat9

Two questions:
(1)
My env: Redhat9, Labview 7, Comedi-0.7.67. Is there a manual about How to
get .lsb file? There is one on ni website for Solaris platform. But it is not
working in Linux Redhat 9.

(2)
I have installed Comedi on my Redhat9. Run "./info" and "./inp -s 0 -c 1" to
test. It is fine. I download some examples from Ni website. But not working.
it is because some subVi not executable, which is because the CIN: object code
not loaded.
