Good ML for General Discussion on Daq

I have some questions relating some LabView-like software I am
developing.  While my software uses comedi, the questions don't directly
relate to comedi, but to more general questions about capturing data and
controlling hardware.  I would assume that there are people on here that
would have some ideas/answers as it relates to the nature of what
comedi and it's hardware is used for, but I'm not sure if I should
discuss this on this mailing list or if I should find a better ML for
such a discussion.
